By utilizing 3D printing technology based on two-photon polymerization and IP resin with sub-micron resolution, this system enables the production of shapes and precision that are impossible with conventional methods. The image at the top shows a battleship Yamato-sized object that can rest on a strand of hair. No molds or cutting are required, and we can accommodate prototyping from a single piece. By applying dry plating (gold, platinum), it is also possible to impart conductivity. We can meet delivery times within three weeks. We can also create designs if 3D data is not available. The applicable sizes vary by material, but the minimum shape dimensions are XY: 0.2μm, Z: 0.3μm. The maximum build height is 8mm.
